To get the best results from your visit, follow these simple prep steps:
Arrive with dry, detangled hair. No ponytails, buns, or clips—just your hair down in its natural wavy state.
Don’t refresh, curl, or use heat tools before your visit. It’s important for us to see how your hair naturally falls so we can cut accordingly.
Clarify if you can.If you use heavy products or haven’t clarified in a while, a gentle reset 1–2 days before your appointment can help. We’re happy to guide you on how.
No stress! If you’re not sure how to come in, just come as you are. This is a judgment-free zone—we’ll guide you the rest of the way.
